Cuttlefish and squid with rice

Cuttlefish and squid with rice


1 Kg. cuttlefish
1 Kg. squid
120 gr. Olive oil
200 gr. Fresh tomato
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
1 pinch caraway
40 gr. Chopped dill
50 gr. Chopped parsley
120 gr. White wine
1.5 Kg. rice
2 bay leaves


You cut the cuttlefishes and the squids into small cubes. In a pot you put olive oil, the cuttlefishes, the squids and the onion. You braise all the ingredients. After you add the fresh tomato, white wine, the rice and the other ingredients. Let the food cooking . When it is necessary you add water. For the end you add the bay leaves, dill and parsley.
