Snails with couscous!

Snails with couscous!


2 Kg. snails
3.5 Kg. couscous
1.5 Kg. fresh tomatoes ( cut into cubes)
300 gr. Chopped onion
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
1 pinch sugar
100 gr. Olive oil
80 gr. Parsley


You wash the snails and leave them dry. In a pot you add the olive oil, the chopped onion, the couscous, the fresh tomatoes and the snails. To the spice are used salt, pepper and sugar. You let the ingredients braise. Add also water. You cook the food about half an hour. At the end you add the parsley!!
