Cuttlefish and squid cooked in wine


  • 500 gr. Cuttlefish                          
  • 500 gr. Squid
  • 250 gr. Onion (cut into stripes)
  • 1.500 gr. White wine
  • 100 gr. Olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 100 gr. Fresh tomatoes (cut into big cubes)
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 80 gr. Chopped dill


First you warm in a pot the olive oil. You add the onion, the cuttlefish, the squid and steam them. After few minutes you add the white wine, the tomatoes, the bay leaves, salt and pepper. You cook the food for 30 minutes. Then it is ready. You serve the food with dill.
