Cuttlefishes with pasta

Cuttlefishes with pasta


  •   3.5 Kg. cuttlefishes                                 
  •  180 gr. Chopped onion
  • 120 gr. Fresh tomatoes
  • 1.5 Kg. pasta
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 30 gr. Chopped dill
  • 50 gr. Chopped parsley
  • 120 gr. Olive oil
  • 100 gr. White wine
  • Vinegar


In a pot you cook the cuttlefishes with water, white wine and a little bit vinegar. You let the cuttlefishes to get cold. You cut the cuttlefishes into cubes. In a pot you put olive oil, onion, fresh tomatoes, water and the cuttlefishes. You cook all the ingredients. Then you add the pasta and you let the food cooking. At the end you add salt, pepper, dill and parsley.
