Liver with balsamic vinegar and honey



Ingredients


  •          1.5 kg. liver (cut into cubes)                                
  •      1 kg. onion
  •      120 gr. Olive oil
  •      1 pinch salt
  •      1 pinch pepper
  •      100 gr. White wine
  •      100 gr. Balsamic vinegar
  •      150 gr. Honey
  •       80 gr. Demi glace sauce



Preparation

First you scald the liver. In a pot you add olive oil, the onion, the liver, salt, pepper, white wine and the demi-glace sauce. You cook them for an hour. At the end you add the balsamic vinegar and the honey.
