Pie with leek and feta cheese


  • 1.5 kg. leeks                                              
  • 100 gr. Green chopped onion
  • 89 gr. Chopped dill
  • 80 gr. Chopped parsley
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • 4 pastry puffs
  • 100 gr. Soya oil and olive oil (half, half)
  • Crumbled feta cheese


You cook the leek with the green onion, soya oil and olive oil. You season with salt, pepper, nutmeg, dill and parsley. Then you put the crumbled feta cheese. In a baking sheet you put the pastry puffs. On the pastry puffs you put the mixture of the leek. You bake the pie.
Oven temperature: 160 C
