Pork with chickpeas

Pork with chickpeas


  • 800 gr. Pork (cut into cubes)                               
  • 500 gr. Chickpeas
  • 180 gr. Chopped onion         
  • 120 gr. Flour
  • 120 gr. Olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 120 gr. White wine
  • 0.40 gr. Parsley


In a pot you cook the chickpeas. In another pot you put the olive oil, the pork and the onion. You braise the ingredients. Then you add the chickpeas. When the food is cooked, you put the white wine and the flour in a plate. You mix them gut each other, so that a mass arises. Then you put these mass in the pot. At the end you put the parsley.
Cooking time: about an hour.
