- 1 litre of Raki or Tsikoudia
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 2-3 carnations
- 1 herbal teabag of the kind you like (like sage)
- 4 Tablespoons honey
Messure 250 ml of the Tsikoudia and warm it up to 40-50 ºC (do not boil it!)
Add the spices and the tea and let stand for at least 5 hours.
Remove the spices and the teabag, warm up again and add 4 Tbsp of honey.
