|Omelet with Cheese & Sausage|
- 8 eggs
- 4 country style pork sausages, sliced
- 4 large potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup milk
- Greek dry mizithra cheese grated
- 2tbs mint
- oil for frying
- Fry the potatoes in the oil. In another large frying pan fry the sausages.
- Beat eggs in a bowl, add the milk, the cheese, salt, pepper and the mint and then mix egg mixture and fried potatoes with the sausages
- Fry the omelet both sides and serve.
