Omelet with Cheese & Sausage

  • 8 eggs
  • 4 country style pork sausages, sliced
  • 4 large potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Greek dry mizithra cheese grated
  • 2tbs mint
  • salt
  • pepper
  • oil for frying
  1. Fry the potatoes in the oil. In another large frying pan fry the sausages.
  2. Beat eggs in a bowl, add the milk, the cheese, salt, pepper and the mint and then mix egg mixture and fried potatoes with the sausages
  3. Fry the omelet both sides and serve.
